The Root Chakra (Muladhara)—located at the base of the spine, with a frequency of 396Hz (liberation and grounding)—is the foundation upon which all higher spiritual development rests — without a strong Root, the upper chakras cannot fully activate. This is why all serious spiritual building begins here. Before the vision, stability. Before the ascent, the anchoring. Before moving energy through the world, the ability to stay whole within yourself. The root is the throne from which you govern your own field—and those who do not govern their base are governed by the currents of their surroundings.

Many spiritual seekers neglect this chakra, rushing toward higher experiences while leaving their foundation unbuilt—it’s like building a tower without a foundation—impressive temporarily, but ultimately unstable.

The Arcturians themselves, despite being the most evolved civilisation in our galaxy, maintain strong Root Chakra connections to their home star system. They describe grounding not as a limitation but as an anchor that allows consciousness to explore far dimensions while maintaining coherence. To ground is not to descend a level. It is to give the infinite consciousness a pair of feet.

Session 3: Intuitive Astrology—Understanding The Cause of Your Root Destabilisation 

A personal reading that utilises intuitive astrology (i.e. your natal chart) to describe why the weak petal identified in Session 2 is the weakest link.
