5. How is this inner child trauma (mentioned in #4) affecting your right now?

To perform the distant healing, we will sync our global times, so that I do the session while you’re asleep, which helps me to better connect to your subconscious mind where the inner child resides). Afterwards, I will send you the 20-minute audio recording of the inner-child healing reiki session, so that you can perform that healing on yourself in future whenever you feel your inner child needs a boost of energy.
